Booking and Payment
Are the availabilities shown on the website up to date?
Yes, all our bookings are updated instantly and the availabilities shown in the Accommodations/All Availabilities tab are real-time.
Is a deposit required?
We ask you to pay the full amount of your stay before your arrival in order to confirm your booking.
When and how should the security deposit (caution) be paid?
The security deposit must be paid on site by credit card or check. The reserved amount is not debited (except for immediate debit cards) and will be cancelled within 10 days after the end of your stay, unless there is damage.
Is it possible to pay with "Holiday Vouchers (Chèques Vacances ANCV)?
We are partnered with ANCV paper and ANCV Connect. To pay with paper vouchers, please indicate ” ANCV payment” in the message box when entering your details and choose “Other payment method.” Your booking will be confirmed after receipt of a postal check for the total amount, which will be exchanged for your paper vouchers on site.
To pay using ANCV connect, simply choose Online payment and click at the bottom of the page on “pay via ANCV connect” and follow the instructions.
How can I offer a night as a gift voucher?

Inside the lodges
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets for reasons of hygiene, safety, and respect for the local fauna and flora of the estate.
Are the lodges heated?
Yes, each lodge is insulated and heated.
Are the lodges heated? Can we use candles or camping stoves?
It is forbidden to use any flame-producing objects other than the equipment we provide.
Are bed linens provided?
Yes, sheets, blankets, and pillows are always provided.
Are towels and toiletries provided?
A bath towel and/or bathrobe, a hand towel, and a bath mat are provided and available in your accommodation.
Catering
Is breakfast included?
The breakfast basket is included in the price of our lodges. It is also included in the rate for additional guests.
Can we bring our own meals?
Yes, you can bring your own food; basic kitchenware is available in the lodges. However, we also offer various meal options that can be enjoyed directly in your accommodation. Details are available on the Meals page of our website.
Is it possible to have lunch on-site?
Please contact us in advance to arrange this, if possible.
Domaine facilities
Are the lodges close to each other?
All lodges are designed without any overlooking views and are spaced far enough apart to guarantee your privacy.
Can we park near the cabins?
No, your car stays in the estate’s car park. Once you arrive at reception, we will take you to your lodge in an electric cart.
Is it possible to swim in the stream?
No, swimming in the stream is not allowed as it is a natural protected area that must be preserved.
Is there Wi-Fi?
The lodges are not equipped with Wi-Fi. This is the perfect time to disconnect and enjoy a timeless escape from daily life. However, 4G coverage is available in most accommodations.
Is there an electric vehicle charging station?
Yes, there is a charging station available upon request for a fee of €15.
Schedules and Check-In
What time can we check in?
We welcome guests between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
What time must we check out on the day of departure?
Check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM.
Can we arrive after 7:00 PM?
This is possible, but please contact us in advance so we can arrange the check-in details together.
