FAQs

Booking and payment

Are the availabilities displayed on the website up to date?
Yes, all our bookings are instantly updated and the availabilities displayed in the Accommodations/All our accommodations tab are real.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
We ask you to pay the total amount of your booking before your arrival to confirm your reservation.

When and how do I pay for the deposit?
The deposit must be paid by Visa or Mastercard (PLBS system: payment for the rental of goods and services) on-site or by phone before your arrival. The reserved amount is not debited and will be cancelled 10 days after the end of your stay.

Can I pay with holiday vouchers?

Nous sommes conventionnés ANCV. Contactez-nous via le formulaire pour le règlement par ANCV.

How to an overnight stay as a gift card?

Contact us by email so that we can create together the gift card you wish to offer. Gift cards are valid for 2 years.

Dining

Is breakfast included?
Yes, a breakfast basket is included in the price of our lodges. It is also included in the applicable rate for additional people.

Can we bring our own meal?

Yes, you can indeed bring your own meal, kitchenware is at your disposal in the accommodations.
We propose you several dining options to be eaten in your lodge.

Can we eat on-site for lunch?
It is necessary to contact us to organize this.

Inside the cottages

Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets for hygienic and safety purposes, but also to respect the fauna and flora of the site.

Do the accommodations have a heating system?
Yes, each accommodation is insulated and heated.

Can we use candles or a stove?
No. It is forbidden to use any other flame object than the equipment we provide you.

Do you provide sheets?
Sheets, blankets and pillows are always provided.

Do you provide toiletries?
A bath towel or a bathrobe, a hand towel and a bath mat are provided in your accommodation.

Schedule and setting-up

What time is check in?
You can arrive from 5 PM onwards.

What time is check out?
We ask you to leave your room before 11 AM.

Can we arrive after 7 PM?
You just need to contact us a few days before your arrival to pay the deposit by phone, we will then explain you how to find your accommodation at any time.

Plan of the estate

Are the lodges close to each other?
All the lodges have been conceived without opposite and far enough to ensure your privacy.

Can we park near the lodges?
No, once at the reception desk, we will drive you to your lodge by electric cart.

Can we swim in the creek?
No, it is impossible to swim in the creek as it is a natural area to protect and preserve.

Is there Wi-Fi?
There is no Wi-Fi in the lodges. It is a nice time to switch off and take a moment out of time to escape from your everyday life. A Wi-Fi connection is available at the reception.
